Drink Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. Only valid original Circle Promotions 241 Drinks Vouchers will be accepted - no photocopies or replicas. Valid for one year from date of purchase.

2. Vouchers must be presented to the bartender prior to placing order. Bartender will present Circle 2-4-1 Drinks Vouchers menu. Only drinks on menu may be ordered when redeeming vouchers. See individual venue page for full menu availability.

3. Vouchers will only be accepted when accompanied by a valid Circle Club Card, with the corresponding membership number written in the space provided.

4. Circle Promotions 241 Voucher offers are open to all UK and overseas residents aged 18 and over. Age restrictions at each venue apply. See individual venue page for details.

5. Circle Promotions 241 Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other drinks promotion or offer.

6. All participating venues reserve the right to refuse admission.

7. All participating venues reserve the right to change prices and/or availability at any time without prior notice, and retain the right to decline acceptance of vouchers for reasons of their own. Circle Promotions Ltd accepts no responsibility for these actions should they occur although we will endeavour to inform you as soon as changes become know to us.

8. Circle Promotions 241 Vouchers have a cash value of 0.001p and cannot be exchanged for cash or resold, and are not transferable.

9. Circle Promotions Ltd accepts no liability for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers.

10. Circle Promotions Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or change any details regarding the offer at any time without prior notice.

11. Circle Promotions Ltd accepts no liability for any personal injury, loss or damages whatsoever.
